Quite secluded living in the Natural Park Zebrak - Dzbany (574m above the sea level). Rural farmhouse surrounded by forests and meadows is the ideal place for families with children and for people who enjoy the outdoors and hiking. Children might especially enjoy playing with friendly animals, such as sheeps, ducks, chickens, dogs or cats.

This one story individual bulding will accommodate up to four people (plus 2 addiotional beds and a baby crib). There are 2 beds on the ground floor, small kitchen corner with dishes, utensils, table and chairs, refrigerator, two-burner stove and a coffee maker. There is also a coat closet, china - closet and bathroom + WC. On the first floor are 2 beds, 2 additional extending sofa beds, baby crib and storage cabinets.

Accommodation at Spychar is possible only in the period from April to October.

The attic is located above the owner’s living quarters and consists of 2 separate rooms with its own entrance and a terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside. First room has a king size bed, commode, bathroom + WC, a kitchen corner, table and chairs, dishes, refrigerator, two-burner stove and a coffee maker. The second room has a king size bed, a folding bed, table and chairs.

There are many hiking routes in the Natural Park. Konopiste-tennis courts (18km), pilot school and pleasure flights - www.f-air.cz (12km), horseback riding with riding school - www.zahradnice.cz (8 km), dam on the river Vltava (30km) with boat and other water sport acitivities rental. Benesov - an indoor pool (18km).
There is private area of 4.5ha and a garden which has a fenced yard with otdoor seating, front porch, a terrace and an otdoor campfire available for our guests. Of course there is a basin you can ever use.

One of the most popular is Castle Konopiste with its collections of hunting trophies and weapons. There is an exhibit of Italian sculptures in the Rose Garden and an outdoor theater in the park. Vrchotovice Janovice - renaissance castle, Sazava - castle and a convent. Castle Cesky Sternberk, Tynec nad Sazavou - gallery and a museum of ceramics, gothic castle Lipnice-gallery of gothic tiles and glass, Votice - „Christ’s grave“ built in 1688 from the identical design and dimensios of „Christ‘s grave“ in Jerusalem, Tabor - historical underground, Chynov’s caves - springs of drinking water located in 81m.
